leave the band Panic! At the Disco to venture into a new venture with the same
group bassist, Jon Walker.
Drummer Spencer Smith was the founder of the group along with Ross. In an
interview with MTV News mentioned this separation by reference to their feelings
and saying the decision was "beyond an amicable solution." This will continue,
along with singer Brendon Urie and will proceed with Panic! At the Disco.
