The American alternative rock band Weezer has announced via its official
website that launched his seventh album on October 27. After 15 months of
presenting his latest work entitled "The Red Album," purport to show a new
album, which is titled "Odds and Ends".
For details on the disc as the cover and the playlist will be revealed very
soon. But the band has released three new songs on 24 July at the Jisan Valley
Rock Festival in Seoul. The topics were: "The girl got hot," "I'm your daddy"
and "Can not stop partying.
Weezer fans will probably hear some new songs during the tour that the band will
take next to Blink-182 that begins
on Aug. 25 at Toronto's Molson Amphitheater.
Besides this seventh album, the band has announced it is working in a deluxe
reissue of their classic album Pinkerton in 1996, although it has not yet
decided the date of his release.
The members remain Rivers Cuomo on lead vocals and guitar, Brian Bell on guitar
and vocals, Scott Shriner on bass and vocals and Patrick Wilson on drums and
vocals. But recently joined Josh Freese on drums, so they are now a quintet,
which will give freedom to Wilson to play the guitar and play some more with his
voice.
